Christine Rykiel is the owner and clinical director of Baltimore Washington Counseling Center (BWCC) in Maryland, as well as the Southwest Florida Counseling Center (SWFCC). Ms. Rykiel opened BWCC in 2007 with the goal of providing quality, affordable psychotherapy services that are focused on promoting client-center, goal oriented counseling that develops and enhances client strengths. After moving to Florida with her family, she decided to open a sister practice here in Florida, SWFCC.

Elisa Niles is a FL Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She has over 12 years of experience in the counseling field. She has worked with diverse populations that cover the developmental life span. She hails from the Caribbean island of St. Thomas and has resided in Florida for the past 6 years. Her versatile background and skills set has prepared her to work with many issues that clients are faced with on a daily basis. As a therapist, she believes her role is to help her clients unlock the answers that lie within themselves.

Teresa Gonzalez-Kurzy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR trained, and has been serving Children, Adolescents, Adults and Families for the past 20 years. Teresa started her career with ACT Team working with SMPI adults and moved to serving Children as a Contract therapist working with DCF and Foster care System in Detroit, Michigan.
