Jocelyn Dana Sterling, LMHC

I believe that by helping the people of our community turn their personal challenges into opportunities for growth and healing, I am fulfilling my mission, and answering my calling.  As a therapist with many years of experience serving children, adolescents, adults and their families, I perceive each individual as having a wellspring of personal power, and the resources to help themselves, with a little help from friends, family, and when necessary, therapists like me.  I am present and available to facilitate the discovery process as a supportive, respectful guide, helping each person prevail in their individual pursuit of awareness.  Acceptance, attention, and dedication are my gifts to my clients at Southwest Florida Counseling Center, along with my promise to do my very best to help each person strive toward meeting the goals he or she wants to achieve
